Description
Formålet med stipendiet er at foretage et praksisnært studie af, hvordan og med hvilke midler innovation og kompetenceudvikling kan forandre og forankre VUC Storstrøms it-støttede og digitalt videomedierede undervisning, hvor der er fokus på de lærendes motivation. Udgangspunktet er, at innovativ implementering af it sker i et samspil mellem undervisningens aktører. Projektet vil derfor skulle foregå i et tæt samarbejde med VUC (kursisterne, underviserne og administrationen) og med de forskere, der allerede nu samarbejder med VUC. Ph.d.-projektet indgår således i et af ILD-labs eksisterende forskningsområder og vil indgå i flere projekter (nationale og internationale) på VUC som del af empirigrundlaget. Formålet er at udvikle teori og at danne retningslinjer for, hvordan aktørerne kan skabe innovativ praksis i den fortsatte udvikling af it i undervisningssammenhænge, primært inden for digitalt medierede undervisningsformer.
