Project Details

Description

We consider the reconstruction problem arising in three-dimensional Electrical Impedance Tomography, i.e. the computation of a conductivity distribution in a body from static electric measurements on the boundary of the body. In this project we investigate both theoretically and numerically the applicability and properties of a reconstruction method based on the D-bar method of inverse scattering.
