Solution Camp

I co-developed a concept for design and facilitation of a 48 hour work camp focused on generating and developing original ideas to existing problems in private and public organisations. The design includes cross-disciplinary teams, trained process guides for each team and a strictly facilitated camp setup that creates flow. The facilitation includes the use of hundreds of creativity techniques, energizers, creativity training exercises, creativity methods and an overall didactic. Solution Camp has been very popular as part of industry-education collaboration - where students work in teams and companies produce problems - since 2006.
