Project Details
Description
This project seeks to commercialise a range of non-invasive thin-film sensors which prevent explosions, detect failures, and improve the overall Silicon Footprint of Power Semiconductors.
Power Semiconductors are a fundamental component in the electrification of society. They are responsible for over 50% of the failures in power electronic systems and have a failure rate of approximately 25% over the first 5 years of operation. This is a critical issue in the growth of several industries.
