Virtual Reality Visualization of Building Models and Simulation Results

The Virtual Reality technology gives us new possibilities for presentation and analysis of simulation results and three-dimensional models within the building industry. To make the visualization more realistic a number of techniques can be used, e.g. stereo pictures and display systems, which more or less encircle the spectator, real-time interaction where the computer model is combined with positioning of persons and interaction equipment. In the project 3D visualization of computer predicted air flows in buildings is used.
