In this project a flow dynamical model in the wind farm will be derived; then a supervisory controller for power/load optimization of the wind farm will be developed. Flow dynamical model should approximately deliver the wind speed in the vicinity of each wind turbine in the farm. The procedure followed is to partition the wind farm into disjoint cells agree on the boundary, and make the flow equation specified to each cell, such that the flow equation agrees on the boundaries of the cells. The modeling section will utilize finite volume techniques and also theory of combinatorial dynamical system. Designing the controller will be based on this dynamic model, such that it provides both power optimization and load minimization as well as providing power quality.
