Abstract
This paper analyses the provisions of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement in order to understand the value-added for Ukrainian the form of the internal market treatment and to explain what requirements Ukraine needs to fulfil to obtain it. The authors seek to provide a critical perspective on the promise of the Association Agreement and demonstrate potential difficulties for its application.
