Abstract
The rapid development of the electric vehicle industry has led to the revolutionary tide of motorization of marine vehicles. The use of electric ship (ES) in Pelagic clustering islands with abundant renewable energy sources, is of great significance to promoting the green sustainable development of the pelagic clustering islands economy. However, at the same time, the increase in the charging load of ES has brought new challenges to the planning and operation of island micro-grids. In view of the off-shore island micro-grid with high permeability and renewable energy sources, a multi-objective planning model for ES charging stations considering the power quality and fossil energy consumption was further proposed based on the economics and reliability of power grid operation. On the basis of all possible plans for ES charging, a multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MPOSO) was used to find the corresponding Pareto optimal solution set. The results of case studies validate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed strategy.
