Abstract
The purpose of the article is to present a conceptual frame based on collective expertise that has been developed for three years within an international project. The frame allows to formalize counsel and teaching back-up at college level. It questions the stakes and challenges when developing teaching practices with college staff members such as teachers, teaching teams and heads of departments. It also allows to find a number of new approaches for research that are yet to be made in the field of support structures for college-teaching.
