    Abstract

    The report summarises and discusses experiences and results from the research part of the project KOM-UD (Competence development in fringe areas). The chapters in the report deal with different aspects of practise-related (and often company-targeted) general adult education, drawing on results from the KOM-UD research but also on other materials.
