Abstract

This chapter unfolds the PhD Becoming a passenger: exploring the passenger
experience and airport design epistemological position. The research seeks to
explore the passenger experience and airport design, using
Copenhagen Airport as a case. The research puts focus on the situational passenger experience and ‘ways of becoming’ a passenger through a set of traditional and technological methods with the aim of informing practices in urban design, particularly in airport design.
