Abstract

In this letter, we comment on the statement that nonzero-orbital angular momentum (OAM)-mode wave with a major lobe at the beam center can be generated using radial uniform circular arrays. We perform the full-wave electromagnetic simulations and analyses, and results show that the claimed nonzero OAM in the commented letter is, actually, the angular momentum.
