Abstract

Life is full of emotion. Emotions are short-lived in duration and consist of a synchronized set of responses, which may contain verbal, physiological, behavioural, and neural mechanisms. A motivation for the research is the ability to simulate empathy. The machine should understand the emotional state of human being and acclimatize its behaviour by giving an appropriate response for those emotions. In this research we proposed a methodology of emotion extraction from real time chat messenger. This paper also focuses on implementation of emotions conveying real time chat messenger. From emotional point of view, we can estimate affectivity of single words and sentences with its intensity. We achieve better recall precision in comparison to other method vector space model (VSM).
