    Abstract

    The article analyses the fredom of commerce as vested in the Danish Constitution, and examines whether this Danish freedom has been modified or augmented in the light of EU and/or ECHR law. The conclusions are that the Danish freedom of commerce has become more powerfull in the light of these legal systems.
