Abstract

The Swedish Energy Agency initiated the program, ”Energy efficiency of lighting”, which is a four-year program of innovation, research, development, demonstration and market energy efficiency in buildings. The program aims to develop and transfer knowledge and technology solutions that contribute to electricity savings and energy efficiency in the field of lighting. The total program includes approx. 53 million SEK including 62 % external funding.
As part of the completion of the program an independent evaluation committee was formed to evaluate how the program objectives have been met and the projects and results relevant to program issues and results for users. The evaluation will form the
