The aim of ICCAS is to promote and enhance the quality of research, in culinary arts and related sciences, facilitate the sharing of good practice, interests and ideas amongst the academic community, offer support and encouragement to those involved in culinary arts and sciences and provide opportunities for networking with colleagues from a range of institutions, academic fields and national backgrounds.
