Abstract

World orders, disorders and reorders in world history have always resulted from the growing power of new powers and the resistance of established powers, and power transitions have been intrinsically in dynamic interactions with various transformations of world order scenarios. The ongoing China-US rivalry is politically instrumental and is dialectically bound up with the development of world disorder (systemic chaos), reorder, or new order.
