Abstract
Driftspersonalet er centrale aktører i håndteringen af problemer med skimmelsvampevækst i danske lejeboliger. Denne afhandling bidrager, gennem en kvalitativ undersøgelse, til en dybere forståelse for både hvordan skimmelsvampevækst er et problem i lejeboliger, og hvordan driftspersonalet kan støttes i deres vigtige arbejde med at forebygge skimmelsvampevækst. Gennem interviews med de mange involverede parter i skimmelproblemer – driftspersonale, beboere, rådgivere, myndigheder m.fl. - etableres et mangefacetteret billede af, hvordan disse problemer er komplekse og kræver dedikerede resurser til samarbejde mellem mange forskellige parter og fagligheder.
