Abstract
In this blog post, we explored how urban hotels adapted to the COVID-19 crisis and what these changes can teach us about the post-pandemic urban hotel sector. Instead of merely serving the needs of short-stay international guests, hotels have found new purposes and functions for local communities during the pandemic.
