Abstract
The article gives a brief outline of the broadness of coaching models and moves on to describe in detail the model PRAKSIS, which has been developed from the English language PRACTICE model. This model is considered to be a key tool in solution-focused coaching and therapy. Thus, PRAKSIS will be an importan tool wich will hel coachees reach their goal in coaching sessions with a problem solving focus.
