Abstract

Seit rund einem Jahr wird fleißig diskutiert, ob und wie die dezentrale Datenbanktechnologie Blockchain den Energiesektor revolutionieren kann. Zwei häufige und grundlegende Fragen, die auftauchen, wenn ich Vorträge zum Thema halte, mit Journalisten rede oder Workshops anbiete, sind: Warum sollten Transaktionen überhaupt auf einer Blockchain stattfinden? Und was bedeutet Blockchain für Politik & Regulierung?
