Abstract

Increasing the mesh steps - i.e. the accuracy of the model - of a structure leads to converging results towards reality. With high-field structures, discretization of the domain in a transient simulation becomes of important matter. It is shown in this work that for these structures convergence of the results does not seem to happen with surface current and efficiency calculations.
