    Abstract

    This case report is a part of a series of case studies in the INOPS project which study experiences with different approaches to contracting out of park and road services in the four countries. The purpose of the case reports is to provide a series of reference cases for comparisons and development across the four countries. The reports has been written with the purpose in mind to allow a reader to get detailed insights in the background for decisions, processes and outcomes when park and road services are contracted out by Local Governments.

    The report contains four case studies:
