The new non-profit housing estate Utterslevhuse has established a new letting procedure that groups tenants on stairways on a trial basis according to their stated different interests and preferences. The aim of the grouping is to develop a basis for the formation of networks among tenants to give them an improved well-being on the housing estate. The report was written on the basis of an investigation that describes and analyses the development of networks at Utterslevhuse. The investigation is based on qualitative interviews with the housing organisation and tenants 6 and 12 months after they moving in . The report is aimed at housing organisations, tenants, tenant advisors, government and local authorities, and others interested in experience gained from initiatives to strengthen the tenant network in non-profit housing organisations.
