Abstract
The management of Interbrew, the largest Belgian brewery, is currently facing market challenges in the implementation of their global investment strategy. The management are determined to build on the company’s wellestablished value system. Interbrew has always considered the customer of primary importance. The high quality of products, professionalism, innovation and willingness for communication set the cornerstones of the internationalizing strategy pursued by the company.
