The Netherlands had reported its experiences with three different approaches towards the implementation of collaborative improvement. Middel et al. from the University of Twente reported on adoption and application of continuous improvement practices in the Netherlands. Jordanian companies emphasized on customer satisfaction, cost reduction, quality control, and productivity improvement.
