The present report describes the work done in the Phase 1b during the research project "Modelling and Control of Grid Converter". The models used in simulations are presented in detail. Two control strategies for the grid converter are considered for investigations, namely the Adaptive Band Hysteresis Current Control (ABHCC) and Voltage Oriented Control (VOC). Simulation results under different operating conditions as well as the harmonic analysis for voltages and currents are given.
