My column in Berlingske today discusses the conflation of discrimination, racism, bullying and offensive behavior. Not seeing and understanding the differences means not being able to identify meaningful and effective responses and solutions. This is a classic DEI Challenge, and a problem that actually exacerbates the issues. It definitely contributes to lackluster results in DEI as well as other equity and inclusion work. And yet, this is hardly rocket science…
