These Guidelines provide general requirements and recommendations for the design and function of newly constructed small houses under the provisions of the Bygningsreglement 2010 [2010 Building Regulations] also known as BR10 (Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority, 2010). Small houses include detached and semi-detached, single-family houses with vertical walls dividing units in up to two levels plus any basement. It also includes row-houses and townhouses as well as summer houses.
