Temperature tuning during the fabrication of microstructured aluminum substrates for solar cell

    Abstract

    Various microstructured aluminum substrates were obtained by citric acid anodization while tuning the anodization temperature. It was found that the light trapping ability varies significantly after coating 100nm amorphous silicon films on these substrates.
