Abstract

This study explains how Participatory Action Research has been used to create a new
intersubjective awareness of the phenomenon organizational culture. Voluntary democratic participation has been crucial for all the stakeholders. Through this study, we have managed to create new recognitions about the organizational culture and with these new recognitions, the culture has been dramatically changed and the participants have created new personal knowledge in the proces.
