Abstract

The construction industry is becoming more complicated. New concepts are introduced, and the level of demands are increasing.

Nowadays, it is no longer possible only to plan your way out of a construction project. As a Project Manager, you need to think in new ways, and acknowledge that experience alone will not suffice.
Therefore, you must consider yourself as a rational decision-maker, who solves issues in a world of uncertainties, and guides the team in the right direction. It takes leadership to do so!

“Your Little Manager” contains a selection of theories applicable and relevant to the world of Construction Management.

Think of this book as a flask containing old wine. Old wine is tested and preferred, whilst the flask is small and practical. It takes leadership to build the pyramids of today.
