    Project Details

    Description

ProAct is a project to transfer best practice knowledge of regional research and innovation policy development and implementations from developed to less developed regions in EU. The ProAct consortium consists of 8 EU countries: Austria, Denmark, The Netherlands, UK, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia.

The main analytical method is process benchmarking in order to summarise the effective tools and methods of regional research and innovation policy implementation and to explore coordination possibilities between the developed and less developed EU regions' innovation policy in general and between the ProAct consortia members in particular.

The Benchmarking focuses on three levels of policy: (i) Strategic objectives; (ii) Innovation and research policy development; (iii) Implementation and evaluation.

The CIP project group consists of Associate Professor Peter Lindgren and Research Assistant Carsten Bergenholz.
