    Abstract

    荷兰教育督导制度历史悠久,发展比较完善,督导机构具有较强的权威性与独立性。新近实施的基于风险的教育督导模式成为该国督导体制的特色和亮点,起到良好成效。本文通过研究荷兰教育督导机构设置、职能作用,系统探究荷兰教育督导制度和风险督导模式,从而总结荷兰教育督导体制的特点,并提出了完善我国学校教育督导与评价体制的启示。
