Abstract

To explore the complex and interconnected problems related to housing, environment and quality, the book consists of three interrelated parts: Housing, where different housing types are analysed with strategies that integrate cross-disciplinary environmental methods with approaches to improve housing quality. Environment, a mapping of the themes indoor climate, energy, materials and water. Quality, where 9 coordinated themes for housing quality are developed, based on the vitruvian terms, commodity, firmness and delight.
