Synopsis
The EVA Conferences have always created a space for people using, or interested in, the new technologies in the arts, and to share their experiences, and network in a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.

EVA London’s focus is on the development and application of visualisation technologies to various domains, including art, music, dance, theatre and the sciences.

For 2022, our 32nd year, our annual conference is back in July. As we come out of the pandemic we are delighted to be moving to hybrid mode. We welcome having face-to-face discussions and presentations but recognise that our two online conferences have actually broadened our worldwide contacts among academics and researchers.

EVA London 2022 will feature some 70 presentations and demos online from our wider group of international authors and some exciting keynotes too.

In hybrid mode, with the BCS cutting edge technology, we can stream live and mix in-person and online speakers, sharing similar contacts and interests. Those unable to come to London in person will be able to interact, question and discuss ideas with attendees.

Our Registration Fee structure allows for a One Day (£100), Three Day (£200) or Five Day (£250) full attendance at BCS London in Moorgate, including an exciting programme of early evening events.

We also offer those who cannot attend in person to join us Online for a flat £100 fee, like last year. We also have added a Hybrid registration to join us in person to present your paper at the One Day rate, and then enjoy the other four days online with a 50% discount (£50), also attending three days with the other two online (£25)

All fees include VAT at 20% and booking will be via this Eventbrite site only.

All successful authors will have their papers uploaded and accessible on the prestigious ScienceOpen Academic website in accordance with their fee structure. We aim to maintain this year's fees for some time to come. Additionally, Full-Colour Conference Hardcopy Proceedings can be pre-ordered to pick up from Moorgate during the conference or posted worldwide if you're unable to attend

EVA London is a conference of the Computer Arts Society (CAS), a specialist group of the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. It is sponsored and supported by both these organisations. We believe that EVA London is likely to run in some sort of Hybrid Mode for many years into the future so that we can become more inclusive with a greater range of academics and researchers worldwide.
