Description
CIP project group: PhD Student Martin Laursen, Associate Professor Frank Gertsen (primary advisor) and Professor John Johansen (associate advisor) Project duration: 2002 - Spring 2005 Budget cuts, spiralling costs and mounting operation quotas are hitting Danish hospitals hard. Using lean, this project looks to help a health care organisation increase its productivity by using less of everything, not least time.
