Abstract

Remote Usability Testing (RUT) is an alternative method of usability evaluations.
The main aim of RUT is the reduction of costs in the usability evaluation process. Since middle of the 90s RUT, has emerged as a technique which seems as is gaining maturity across the time. In general any discipline or professional field matures along the time using in this process among other, a Body of Knowledge (BOK) to represent all the elements or knowledge connected with it. It is possible to find different perspectives about the structure.
