Abstract

In this paper, we describe an efficient and fast method of locating iris for gaze direction detection by using computer vision techniques. Then, an application is developed where the cursor movement is achieved according to the detected gaze direction. The goal of this project is to create an easy to use application, capable of running on low budget hardware, which could provide disabled people with an interface for PC use, allowing them to improve the quality of their lives.
