Abstract

Time is of the essence of Keynes work. Of particular interest is that Keynes wrote this paper before he had completed his participation in the
lectures of two philosophers, who were both intrigued by notions of time – G. E. Moore and J.M.E.
McTaggart – two outstanding representatives of the “Discussion Society”.
