Abstract

Condition and Health Monitoring (CHM) is a reliability engineering tool to unlock the emerging opportunities in operation optimization, predictive maintenance, and digital service for power electronic converters. This paper discusses the practical considerations in CHM and suggests a few directions further to bridge the gaps between research and commercial applications.
