Description

This presentation is a wrap-up of the first day of the “School Food and Nutrition Policy in Europe: policies, interventions and their impact” workshop. It relates to some of the important questions asked in relation to moving forward of the school food agenda in the Member States. What can be done better? Which additional measures could be implemented? How can we as change agents take advantage of some of the tools for funding and policymaking already available. How can we take the complex food reality at school into account? How can we create better evidence? How can we improve monitoring and surveillance in the field. What do policymakers need to move the agenda forward? Who can help? How can we make sure that policymakers and research community can continue working together in this important field. These are some of the questions answered
