Lill Rastad Bjørst is Associate Professor at Aalborg University and Ph.D. in Arctic Studies from University of Copenhagen. At Aalborg, she also served as the Scientific Director of the SSH Signature: Green Societies. Her academic career has focused on enhancing the role of social and human sciences in Arctic research. In 2022, she was a Fulbright Arctic Initiative III Visiting Researcher with the Institute of Arctic Studies at Dartmouth (US).
