Harnessing machine learning & proteomics to develop sepsis point-of-care diagnostics for children

Project Details

Description

Using stored plasma samples from children, we will (i) use our AI-dP biomarker discovery pipeline to identify novel plasma protein sepsis signatures, and (ii) develop an in-house custom novel test to (iii) verify the biomarker signature concentrations and identify cut-off thresholds for clinical utility in two independent cohorts.
