Abstract

Review, analysis and discussion regarding the establishment of a system for planning and monitoring of activities related to schools physical environment, i.e. spatial allocation, number and size of schools, construction of new classroom blocks, renovation of schools, maintenance and other physical infrastructure works. The report recommends to develop one uniform monitoring system, and an institutional linkage arrangement involving national, regional and international institutions.
