Michael Dahl, a professor of Strategy and Organization at the Aalborg University Business School, has co-authored a study on pay-for-performance models in the workplace. This study is in line with other results from similar studies. Mr Dahl notes: "When firms introduce pay for performance, they risk losing top employees, who likely have many other options."
