Entrepreneurial human capital and firm innovation

We investigate how former founders may play a role for firm innovation when these are hired into incumbent firms. We currently have one paper out of this project as a revise and resubmit (R&R) at a top journal within Strategy research. We plan for more follow on papers within the same topic
