Description of impact
The EUniAM Legislative Proposals were the foundation of this major reform that was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers to reorganize through merger (absorption) of some institutions in the fields of higher education, research and innovation.As a result, from 19 universities, 9 universities remained and all research institutes were absorbed the remaining universities. The reform started in July 2022 and was finalized in December of the same year.
