Per Nikolaj Bukh, M.Sc.(Econ.), PhD, professor at the Department of Economics and Management at Aalborg University, Denmark. He has published a large number of books and articles on subjects such as Activity-Based Costing, Balanced Scorecard, Formula Funding, budgeting, strategy, Intellectual Capital reporting and benchmarking.
