Abstract

The report presents a developed concept of national policy workshops aiming at exploring how policy measures can influence preferences for sufficiency-based reductions of energy consumption. Furthermore, the report presents the experiences from the national policy dialogues organised in Denmark, Latvia and Lithuania.
